Meditation practice is paradoxical—yes, we practice—and through practice we remember our fundamental completeness, how delightful it feels to let go of trying to fix or improve. We make room for an awake presence within that requires nothing more and nothing less. It has been here all along.

There is an intimacy with the innate goodness of being human—a reclaiming of the richness of being alive. There is a remembering of how to enjoy, how to love, and a deeper knowing of how to move through struggle and proceed into the next moment with less pattern and more potential.

Our completeness becomes a reference point, signaling a calm energy throughout the body, a wider, wise perspective in the mind, and an expansiveness in the heart.

Presence itself becomes the guide of the mind-body-heart operating system. All of this is much easier (and loads more fun) when we do it together! Join us to take refuge in community and practice.

Sessions

Attending regularly is encouraged, but not required.

Weekly Tuesday Sessions begin with a 30-minute period of guided sitting/resting practice. Participants are supported to cultivate recognition and ease in the present moment and develop a direct understanding of what it feels like to gradually free the heart and mind.

Each session ends with a short teaching and/or group reflection. Beyond our regular Tuesday session, we offer additional chances to connect through practice and community for those who’d like to join.

The sense of togetherness and support—online—is warm and unmistakable.

Supporting Your Practice

Deepening your practice unfolds in the regular moments of life, in the challenges and joys that arise, and in the ways we integrate presence into everything we do. To support this ongoing process, Rainbow Mind folks receive a detailed written weekly teaching, summarizing and expanding on the themes explored in each session. These teachings include practice suggestions and additional resources to help bridge the gap between meditation and life.

Beyond the sessions, support is always available. You are encouraged to reach out to Adam with questions, insights, or anything arising in the “laboratory” of your practice.

Private Zoom meetings can be scheduled at no extra charge for one-on-one guidance, offering a space to explore whatever is unfolding for you.
