One-on-One Sessions offer a focused, safe container including meditation, dialogue, and inquiry supporting you to gain powerful insights, feel greater relief, and discover deeper meaning and connection with your everyday life.

Our approach is based on the understanding that each of us, regardless of the details and circumstances of being human, is imbued with a radiant and loving presence that is alive and well in the here and now. It is waiting to be unearthed, and when we awaken to it, we can learn to dwell within it more of the time. This gradual learning to befriend our natural presence is a fundamental aspect of the spiritual path, healing journey, or attempt to be happy—whatever you want to call it! Over time, this natural presence goes beyond an enjoyable sense of being alive—it begins to inform our decisions and guide our communication through its faculty of intuitive wisdom. 

Although meditation is at the heart of our work and is generally a part of every session, we’ll use much of our time to explore the great range of experiences that arise in your process. Together, we will recognize and illuminate the subtle, underlying aspects of what is arising from moment to moment; we will turn towards experience in a new and more skillful way to learn to naturally allow for an untangling of sorts, a freeing of the heart. While the work can feel challenging at times, it is incredibly enriching and surprisingly fun!

These sessions are for everyone—no experience required. All sessions held via Zoom.

Session Options


Private Course: A structured 8-session program based on A Path to Presence

This program is meant for those who wish to make a significant commitment to their learning process.

Program Content:

  • Weekly hour-long private sessions via Zoom

  • Daily practices designed to meet who you are as unique person

  • Written content sent to you throughout the week

  • Use of guided audio throughout the week

  • Option to attend an upcoming group retreat at no cost

  • Conclude with a follow-up session a month after the program ends.

Program Cost:

$1200 for individuals, $1800 for pairs
