Individual Sessions
One-on-one work with Adam
“For a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks, its insides come out and everything changes. To someone who doesn’t understand growth, it would look like complete destruction.”
— Cynthia Occelli
Individual sessions offer a gentle yet deeply transformative approach to knowing yourself more fully and stepping into a new way of being in the world. Working one-on-one blends mindfulness, dialogue, and inquiry in service of every aspect of your life. This slow, steady process of self-discovery and befriending lies at the heart of any healing journey, spiritual path, or whatever you choose to call it.
Our time together will help you relax, gain powerful insight, and enjoy being the unique and creative person you are. We work together to uncover your innate presence and support you to dwell in it more of the time.
This causes an untangling, a freeing of the heart. We unearth a sensitivity, an intuitive knowing. This knowing becomes a wise and trustworthy guide. While the work can feel vulnerable at times, it is incredibly enriching, nourishing, and often fun!
The approach is informed by Hakomi, a mindfulness-based, somatic therapy. Sessions may also include meditation, if that feels supportive to you. No experience is necessary. All are welcome.
Sessions are held via Zoom.
Reduced rate sessions are available to the Rainbow Mind community. Reach out to learn more.
